Sound stops working after boot/reboot/lock screen in Ubuntu18.04

Ubuntu 18.04.4
This happens in my all 3 laptops with headphones.
After boot/reboot/lock screen. sound from headphone jack stops working.
"alsactl restore" command can solve this.
