Bug Description
Please removed signed artifacts for packages that were removed in Focal and don't exist in Groovy:

linux superseded linux-5.4, linux-oem, linux-oem-osp1 packages
linux-oem-5.6 superseded linux-oem-5.4
I think the same should be removed from focal too, but i'm not sure if we can do that, now that we have closed the release pocket.
