no onscreen keyboard

I installed the new Ubuntu 20.04 version, but the onscreen keyboard don't popup when i touch a text field. It was working in Ubuntu 19.10 (offtopic, but maybe relevant: on Ubuntu 19.10 my display drivers where buggy and not regonized, on 20.04 i see no errors inside the extra drivers section).

I'm running a 10th gen i7 with intel uhd gpu
 (lenovo yoga c740)
