Please move xdg-user-dirs depend to "recommend"

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdelibs4c2a
The "depend" kdelibs4c2a has on xdg-user-dirs has changed the default presentation of Ubuntu Studio in a way contrary to how the devs and users had planned.
Please move xdg-user-dirs depend to "recommends" so Ubuntu Studio wouldn't have to pull this on their disk.
