Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Examining the information you have given us, this looks more like you need support rather than having a bug.

This bug report can be converted to a question (which is aimed at support). You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709

I've marked this bug incomplete as normal support steps don't appear to have been tried, or evidence of them hasn't been provided. If you believe I'm in error, or can provide additional detail of steps done, please change status back to "New" and leave comment, or additional information as to what was attempted.

Changed in ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

In any case this is not about a bug in the Ubuntu desktop guide (ubuntu-docs). Changing to generic Ubuntu.

Thanks for the response.
I experienced this error immediately after installing Ubuntu. I had no idea
what to do besides publish that post.
I did however manage to resolve the issue by simply restarting my device.
Everything is working fine.
Have a good day.
