failure to interact with bug reporters

Bug reporters occasionally feel bad
because their reports are closed,
while the bug hasn't gone away.

I have experienced this myself. Sometimes
the situation has been corrected after I've
complained about it. Sometimes I have
been too busy or too lazy to complain.

Toni - I appreciate your concern and understand your feelings. However, the bug tracking system isn't the best forum for bringing this up.
