Internet connection randomly stops working

Bug Description
Ubuntu says I'm still connected. "nmcli device" says I'm connected. I have to turn off and on again my internet connection(menu in the top right -> name of connection menu -> Turn Off) to fix the issue.
I'm using Wifi. I'm using a USB adapter, TP-Link TL-WDN3200.
