Bug Description

Hi

I've installed Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon yesterday and all was perfect, but when I performed a upgrade the desktop effects don't work any more since the windows decorator no appears. I've installed in a Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, 768 MB DDR RAM and Nvidia Geforce 4.
