Bug Description

Xournal++ is the successor to Xournal, a note-taking application with PDF annotation support. Ubuntu currently packages Xournal, but Xournal++ is newer and is actively developed:

  https://github.com/xournalpp/xournalpp

It is available under the GPL 2.0. It would be great to have available as an Ubuntu package.
