Bug Description

WoeUSB is a useful tool for creating a bootable USB stick for installing Microsoft Windows. It's already packaged by Arch and Fedora and would be useful to have in Ubuntu as well. It already exists in a PPA, so I think it shouldn't be difficult to bring it into one of the Ubuntu repositories.
