In Database Synaptic is Driver for REINERSCT Card Reader Driver SP09
This not works whit Eperso and OpeneCard.

The Driver from Support is SP13 this is better.

Update 19.04 package whit this Driver from 18.10 is complete works Eperso and OpeneCard and Banking Hibiscus.

I have testet in 18.04 / 18.10 and 19.04 funktion is ok.
