[needs-packaging] It should be possible to use some initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core scripts in classic systems

Some of the initramfs scripts included in initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core could be re-used in classic systems. Concretely, the resize script. I propose to split this package in two parts, one specific for Ubuntu Core, keeping the name, and another one with scripts that can be useful also in classic systems, especially on IoT ones.

I see initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core was uploaded by ogra, but I got a chance to review initramfs-tools-devices. A few notes:
 1. Standards-version and debhelper are several versions behind, and should be updated.
 2. debian/copyright should have additional headers, and the link to the specification should be HTTPS (Lintian flag).
 3. P: initramfs-tools-devices source: file-contains-trailing-whitespace debian/rules (line 4) - pedantic, but preferable if possible.
 4. I: initramfs-tools-devices: extended-description-is-probably-too-short - a bit stylistic but it might be advantageous to explain it a bit more.
 5. W: initramfs-tools-devices: uses-implicit-await-trigger interest update-initramfs (line 1) - this is just needing you to document why it's there, putting a comment above will make the warning go away.
 6. E: initramfs-tools-devices: repeated-trigger-name activate update-initramfs (line 2) vs interest update-initramfs (line 1)

With the exception of the Lintian error and the triggers which should be looked at, it should be fit for the archive (I would personally consider that a majority of the above needs to be solved before uploading though).

Please fix that and/or comment here and resubscribe the Ubuntu Sponsors Team. Other Ubuntu Developers' opinions are welcome.

I have uploaded to https://launchpad.net/~alfonsosanchezbeato/+archive/ubuntu/initramfs-packages/+packages version 0.2 of initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core, which resolves the issues that you mention (except not having added much more headers to debian/copyright, as I do not think the missing ones really apply).
