Were you trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04? I notice you have a 64-bit CPU but have the 32-bit Ubuntu 16.04 release installed.
Please try downloading the latest Ubuntu from here: /www.ubuntu. com/download/ desktop
https:/
and reinstalling from scratch.
If that is not acceptable then please specify in more detail (with photos ideally) what the problem is.
