texlive-base-bin-doc fails upon installation, due to missing dependency on update-updmap

This probably affects a large number of texlive packages. See

http://people.ubuntu.com/~liw/piuparts/ubuntu-hardy-i386-main/fail/

for a list of packages that fail piuparts testing, the texlive ones seem to all have this problem. The problem is in the last 20 or so lines of the piuparts log.

In summary, the postinst calls update-updmap, but the package has no dependency on a package that provides it. Thus, installation fails.

I installed a package today and texlive is a dependency then I got
