Bug Description
Installing ubuntu-
- Erase disk and install Ubuntu
- Use LVM with the new Ubuntu installation
- No encryption
After prompting to removing the cd media and rebooting, it doesn't boot:

Ok after 32 seconds of device scanning it finally booted into the operating system:
Gave up waiting for suspend/resume device ubuntu- -vg-root: clean, 178037/920272 files, 1274921/3680256 blocks
