1. intel d510mo motherboard; quad-core cpu 1.6 ghz
2. cores run at approx. 60% each
3. causing system to hang - or not boot period

obs,: on another hp computer with intel dual-core cpu of 3.1 ghz cores run approx. 2%

This is not a bug with the software performing the release upgrade, rather with the system after the upgrade.
