Bug Description

With plasma session kde 18.04 beta 1, I start the application ktimer with the rules (for the windows and the application) "minimize", "ignore the task bar", "ignore the desktop" & "ignore the task selector" at "YES" for lunching.

This rules can be defined with config system or right clic on the window's menu supplementary action / window's rules & application's rules.

Sorry for my english.

Doing, that, when ktimer is started, its window is closed and only the icon is visible in the notification area.

That's what I want.

When I logout and then login in my plasma wayland session, these rules have no effects.

Ktimer's window is visible.

With right click, supplementary menus window's rules & application's rules are not activated and can't be selected.

I can change the rules with config system but nothing change.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1758250/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

'wayland' is just the protocol so please don't assign bugs to that.

It sounds like this bug should be assigned to something starting with K.
