[needs-packaging] Please package Skulltag

Please consider packaging Skulltag (Doom Source Port) for inclusion in Universe/Multiverse.
It is released under the Doom source license of 1997. (I have confirmed this from a developer of ST).

There is one possible roadblock though, that I am aware of:
FMOD. FMOD is a dependency.

I filed bug #179597. (Please package FMOD).

Is it possible to mark this bug as depending on that (179597) bug like in Bugzilla?
