Bug Description
KRoC (Kent Retargetable occam Compiler) is the defacto compiler for the occam concurrent programming language. It is dual-licensed under the GPL and LGPL. It is not a hugely popular language, but it is used in the academic context, and it's still actively developed (they're working toward occam-pi), I think there's enough interest to make it worthwhile.
