This is OCATA Openstack instyalled in a VM with CentOS 7 as an operationf system.

Description
   ===========
 I was installing ONAP and attached is the YAML and ENV file for the same, where I got this error.

   Steps to reproduce
   ==================
With the attached YAML and ENV file i tried to install the complete STACK and then got this error.

   Environment
   ===========
   1. Open Stack is in OCATA Release. Attcahed is the answer file that was used to install Openstack using packstack command.

   2. We have the LVM based sidk attached in this VM. The setup is a VMwARE based VM installed with CentOS7.

   3. Below is the network configuration.
