libnet-z3950-perl deprectated by ZOOM-Perl (which we don't have). blocking #163248 and blocked by #163459

Koha (bug #163248) requires Perl ZOOM modules. Our ZOOM package (libnet-z3950-perl) doesn't satisfy the dependency. It needs Net-Z3950-ZOOM.

Changelog of libnet-z3950-perl from 2006 says "Deprecation in favour of ZOOM-Perl"

Debian have libnet-z3950-zoom-perl (1.16-2) in experimental (depending on libyaz 2.1.48) but have nothing in unstable.
