Sound for multiple users

Bug Description

I've built and Installed the fast user switching applet so that multiple users
can be logged in at a time. I understand the same effect can be acheived by
running "Applications >> System Tools >> New Login" and switching between using
Alt-F*. The applet really makes this all easier though.

The problem is that only the first user is able to access the sound device.
Subsequent users sound does not function. Killing the first users 'esd' instance
before logging as the second user means that sound works as normal.

I have changed /etc/esound/esd.conf to make the esd instance kill itself and
respawn as per the wiki guide but this has not alleviated the problem

At the UDU conference we talked about a new audio infrastructure for Breezy:

This will eventually allow several esd instances (of different users) to run in
parallel without blocking each other.
