I'm not able to write any DVD disc and the CD writer writes correctly CD a slow speed 2x

this is the report for the DVD device from hdparm

and this one for the CD driver

Hdparm is a hard disk tool. What does it have to do with CD and DVD burning. Please try Brasero or Gnome Baker to burn a DVD. Please reopen if I'm wrong.
