Bug Description

Ubuntu has no package of QtCommander http://qtcmd.nes.pl/about-application.html
There is no deb package in upstream site.

QtCommander is advanced two-panels file manager for Linux Operating System,
based on similar application for Microsoft Windows - Total Commander.
