Bug Description

Ubuntu Testcase: Install (Mail server) in Ubuntu Server amd64 in Xenial Daily
29. Verify that dovecot pop3 and imap servers are running:
    sudo netstat -ltnp | grep dovecot
    should list 8 dovecot instances (port 110, 143, 993 and 995) 4 for tcp and 4 tcp6
The test was performed twice in VirtualBox to verify it's exitstance.
Afer performing the sudo nestat -ltnp | grep dovecot command 4 dovecot instances were listed.
2 for tcp and 2 for tcp6 for ports 110 and 143
No dovecot instances were listed for ports 993 and 995.

Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-life on April 29, 2021.
