minor language bug in norwegian version of Gutsy kubuntu

Bug Description

installing kubuntu gutsy gibbon from liveCD, the norwegian version.

error:

in system settings - monitor display and user managment, everything is in japanese(or some other asian language unknown to me) words.

This is also reported as a KDE bug, but I think the problem really lies in the Kubuntu package. The same fault is also reported for Latvian on the KDE mailing list.

The solution is really easy:
Remove the package /usr/share/locale-langpack/nb/LC_MESSAGES/guidance.mo
and restart the application, then everything should be ok. Can this please be fixed in an upgrade?
Perhaps the norwegian language files for Kubuntu must be rebuilt?
