Bug Description

Using Ubuntu 15.10, with the latest updates, running some programs:
The dwm window manager, the FGLRX official catalyst .run installer, the font appear a bit strange and illeggible.
Tried reinstalling the entire OS and the problem persists. I Tried installing the terminus font (the default font of dwm) but nothing happens.

The font should be leggible.
The font is illegible in these programs. There may be other programs affected

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1537505/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version and advise if the problem persists.
