Bug Description
Packet Sender is an open source application to allow sending and receiving TCP and UDP packets (contains both client and server). It contains a command line interface and GUI. This application is useful to developers of network devices and network security researchers. It is very capable and easy to use, and if needed, it can operate entirely in userland.
This application is currently available free in the Ubuntu Store, but at the time it was submitted it was not open source (only freeware). The version currently in the store is also really old (2013-11-03).
