unable to record Remmina VNC session

Procedure:

- initiated Remmina VNC session
- started recording using Kazam
- used the remote machine for 5 minutes
- finished recording

Expected output: a 5-minute VNC session recording showing activity during those 5 minutes

Observed output: a 5-minute video showing initial screen state during the entire 5 minutes, i.e. the video was "frozen", no activity during those 5 minutes could be seen on the video

Other notes:

* does not depend on full screen vs. window-only recording

Ubuntu 14.04, Unity, Intel graphics.

(Audio recording works, but picture frozen on first frame)

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
