This package needs to be in Debian archive in order for Canonical to include in 15.10. What is the status of that?

As of latest xenial alpha release, libvecpf is not available.
Can the Canonical team let us know what is needed ?

libvecpf has not made its way in Ubuntu directly.
On Debian side, I've got sent a bunch of RFS for other packages and my sponsor wants to proceed one
by one. So waiting for the pile to empty to submit libvecpf.
