在compaq v3428 挂起后不能唤醒

我使用的ubuntu是7.04，是从网上索取的免费CD，
我使用的计算机是compaq v3428au,
在使用修眠功能后 又唤醒后，计算机的声音没有了，触摸板不能被停止了，（平时按触摸板的停用按钮可以使触摸板停用）。

Based on conversations around the office, a Compaq v3428au is a Chinese-only laptop, and it appears that sound doesn't work - also that when he tries to close an application, it doesn't close.
