Bug Description
nova-compute-lxd is a openstack compute driver that allows LXD containers to run as Openstack instance. Nova-compute-lxd allows openstack lxd deployments to have compute nodes protected by seccomp, apparmor, cgroups, and user namespaces, and allows nested lxc use inside nova-provided containers.

A new package doesn't technically qualify as a feature change, unless it ends up changing the behaviour of other packages along the way. If nova-compute-lxd has no impact on other nova drivers, upload away. If it does impact others, an explanation of how, and why that's not a problem would be good.
