[Gutsy] pressing touch pad enable/disable button on hp dv6500 works but also brings up Ubuntu Help Center

Bug Description
Pressing the touchpad enable/disable button on the synaptics pad on my hp dv6500 laptop does work, however, when you press the button to enable the pad, it also brings up the Ubuntu Help Center window.
