Please sync python-xstatic-spin 1.2.8.0+dfsg1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
OpenStack Horizon has been refactored to consume all static assets such as fonts, css and js files via python-xstatic rather than embedding them in the horizon source code.
This package will also need to go through MIR (will be covered seperately but have discussed approach with jdstand).
