Kernel panic on boot

After last update 2.6.22-10 kernel won't boot, it gives me a kernel panic saying that root VFS can't be mounted.
Guys in #ubuntu+1 chan told me to post my lspci here so that you would know what kind of controllers I'm using, so here it is:
