my ubuntu was good, but when i update it, i have that problem, and is bad i send you the photo with the problem

i dont know, really what happen with my system but when i do the update the ubuntu 13.10 to ubuntu 14.04 lts, dont do nothing in the photo you see, the system doing (nothing),all i can see is that wallpaper and the cursor, and i think, why, i dont want to lose my all information for your little big error.. if somebody help, that is fine to mi

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. Presumably you're no longer trying to upgrade from Ubuntu 13.10 which hasn't been supported since July 17, 2014.

You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

1. The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem.
2. The behavior you expected.
3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
