source is here: http://trac.mulberrymail.com/mulberry/wiki/opensource

Mulberry is now Open Source, distributed under an Apache 2 style license. Currently Mac OS X and Linux code bases are available, Win32 will follow soon.

Thank you for your bug report. I'm marking this as triaged.

note that this has NOT been fixed in debian, the debian RFP bug has rather expired.

I did have a look at the source, and it is a rather challanging package. the build system relies on internet access and svn, and it contains a whole copy of the ace framework. any packager should prepare to work with upstream on a sane build system.

I've sent a bug report upstream: http://trac.mulberrymail.com/mulberry/ticket/334

However, there are some information on how to build mulberry:

I also noticed that there is a Freebsd port, maybe their Makefile could be used as a template to fix up the Makefile:

:)

Oops, my bad, looks like the freebsd port uses the binary version
