Bug Description

I have installed eOS Freya and by default scaling-factor was set to 0 which made everything look scaled up. It took me a lot of time to figure it out and I was able to change it by folowing instructions on this site: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Gnome
I've installed dconf editor and changed scaling-factor in org.gnome.desktop.interface from 0 to 1 .

Note: Scaling factor was looking fine in tweak tool where it was 1 !!

I've had same problem only on the Ubuntu Gnome, this error doesn't appear on Ubuntu Unity.

At least on the Unity. I've installed Unity later just to try it out.

In PLASMA 5 it isn't possible to solve this "overscaling" by changing scaling factor from 0 to 1 using dconf editor. This problem appears in both open source and binary AMD drivers.
