computer often totally stands still, after the lastest updates, the same with a friends computer

Bug Description

i cant open a file or directory, cant shut it down.
when i click on an icon or sth else, just nothing happens, or it sometimes happens after 10minutes. (i dont have a slow computer)
all this happens sometimes, but only in the latest times. i think it could be since one of the latest updates, because its the same with the computer of a friend.
