Bug Description

We'd like our package to be added to Universe repository of Ubuntu. The package is built and available at:
https://launchpad.net/~igor-afterlogic/+archive/afterlogic-webmail

AfterLogic WebMail Lite is an easy-to-use webmail application with a minimalistic yet convenient and extremely fast interface. IMAP and SMTP fully supported, SSL access to mail servers is supported too. Mail threading, winmail.dat and ZIP support, drag-n-drop, address book, plugin framework, API access, and much more.

The package contains the installer script only. WebMail itself and configuration files are download from AfterLogic website once the installer is launched.

We've tested the package on a variety of Ubuntu versions, as well as on current Debian release. For now it's built for Trusty and we'll provide a build for any other Ubuntu release if needed.

Thank you for taking time to help make Ubuntu better.

Have you read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages? Is there a specific reason that you are not following the Debian route for adding packages to Ubuntu?

This is not suitable for Ubuntu. I believe it is not suitable for Debian as well. Packages are expected to include everything required to make the program shipped functional. Depending dynamically on an external Internet source is generally not acceptable.

Please repackage this with all source code included in the source package.
