Mismatch in character while barcode scanning in lubuntu

Hi,

I have a problem with barcode scanner in lubuntu.

It is giving mismatch characters while scanning in browser but it is working fine in notepad and word. .

Barcode scanning is working fine with Ubuntu but not in lubuntu browsers.

I have tried with different browsers in different systems Updating, upgrading but no luck.

Need to deploy in more than 200 machines. Stuck only because of this single issue.

I don't know what package is responsible for barcode scanning, but it's not the installer. Hopefully somebody else will know.
