Bug Description
Have Ubuntu 14.04 installed on a Desktop and a Laptop. Since installing I have noticed that when some pages when they are opened minimised usually by default, that "Minimise, Maximise Close" Buttons are hidden under the top taskbar and can not be accessed. This happens on both my PC's and probably affect others. I have found this happens so far with Libre office minimised window, XSane scan window, and with internet browsers when opening popup windows. To overcome this ALT X F7 will let you drag the page down after which you can do with it whatever you want. Can't find if this bug has been reported before but I must say it is somewhat annoying. I have noticed doing a google that others have had the same problem.
