Bug Description

I installed Umb. from a CD. It worked fine, but I lost the drive identification from
Windows (not caused by you software). However, I had to reformat the drive to get rid
of the error. I reloaded Umb. It asked if I wanted to update it, I said yes. that
worked fine, everything installed fine. But somewhere in the update the printer
drivers dissapeared. The labels are there. I have two printers. Since the update,
nothing printer works. The software behind the labels is gone. The CD is Warty Warthog
Release.

**The problem must have come from wherever you sent the update from. Please check it
out.**

I the mean time, i will reload from CD and select "no"for update. I know that that
works fine.

That means you reformated some partition of your HD (which did not contain parts
of Ubuntu) under Windows and then booted back to Ubuntu?

What asked you to upgrade what?

Sorry, this bug report is very vague, we need some more detailled information
about it.

I assume he is talking about the "download updates from the Internet?" question,
which will install the security updates. It seems unlikely that a security
update is at fault, though.

Please let us know whether the problem remains after you reinstall.
