[FFE] Please upload mythes-sv to the archive

There is currently no Swedish thesaurus for LibreOffice in the Ubuntu archive (or in Debian). I have prepared the tiny package mythes-sv for the purpose in the hope that it can be uploaded to Ubuntu.

It's available in the linked Bazaar branch.

The package will be pulled as a language support component when the Swedish language is installed. Needless to say this is useful to Swedish users. Given the nature of this simple package, the regression risk ought to be close to zero.

Ok, I made an effort to get it into Debian:

The distribution in the bzr branch is trusty, while I had to change it to unstable to have the upload accepted by mentors.debian.net. No other differences.

Haven't seeked a Debian sponsor. Thought that maybe the Ubuntu sponsor could handle the Debian side of it as well..

You can follow these steps to test the functionality of the package:

1. Install the thing.
   Available at https://launchpad.net/~gunnarhj/+archive/mythes-sv

2. Generate the Swedish locale.
   sudo locale-gen sv_SE.UTF-8

3. Start LibreOffice with the Swedish locale.
   LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8 libreoffice --writer

4. Select Tools -> Language -> Thesaurus.

5. Enter a Swedish word, e.g. "hej" (hello) and view some synonyms.

The Debian package is now in NEW queue, I think it's better to wait until it's accepted (or, otherwise, it will have to pass Ubuntu's NEW queue, which will duplicate FtpMasters' work).

Since the queued package is not a real sync, and considering that it now has made it to Debian, I thought it might be a good idea to replace it with a real sync.
