Raid ubuntu 7.0.4 - bootable partition

Hi, I have a problem with raid1 installation in ubuntu server 7.0.4 on sun fire v240.
I make the partions but I couldn't mark as bootable the first partitions of both disks. With ubuntu server 7.0.4 in i386 the raid's configuration works great.
Any suggestion?
