I need run fsck manually but I don't know how to... Please Help!

Bug Description

The following appears when i try to boot ubuntu:
====================================================================
dev/hda2 contains a file system with errors-check forced

unexpected inconsistency RUN fsck manually without -a or -p options

an automatic file system check of the root file system failed

a manual fsck must be performed then system rebooted

=====================================================================

I don't know how to do it... I need your help...Is there a easy solution or should I throw away ma computer....? Thanks a lot.

unmount the disk: then run: fsck /dev/the name of your disk
