Bug Description

To reproduce log n to your user with the "Thai" language (perhaps any language?) setting the new language use as "only for this session".

Once logged in, logout and then login using the same user name (possibly any user name?) with the system default language (In my case English UK).

The Thai text does not change SOME PROGRAMS back to English after I have logged out of the Thai language and then back in with the English language.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
