Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Did this problem occur prior to, during or after the distribution upgrade? Could you please add the log files from '/var/log/dist-upgrade/' to this bug report as separate attachments? Which are the missing dependencies? Thanks in advance.

I also made the mistake to upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10 from 13.04. Zend Server fails, PHP admin fails to load. System generally much slower than before upgrade.

The logs indicate that something has gone wrong with the upgrade. Please see if following commands fix the issue:
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo dpkg --configure -a

Also, a Facebook post[1] by Zend Technologies states following:
"If you want to use Zend Server on Ubuntu 13.10 - you need to use Nginx web server. Apache 2.4 is on roadmap but not yet supported."

That's pretty much all I can think of. I'm sorry I can't assist you any further.

Hi,
I can solve this form:

- unistall and purge zend-server and apche2
- reinstall apache 2
- reinstall zend server
- reinstall mysql
- and execute "apt-get install php5 libapache2-mod-php5 php5-xsl php5-gd php-pear php5-mysql php5-curl php5-memcache" as root

and my server up and fix, i think that the mysql libraries and libapache2 was broken.

Thank you very much by your support
