For a no-change upload, a sync is best (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess regarding uploads vs. sync requests). On the other hand, now that the package has been rejected by an archive admin, and a determination made that a no-change upload is not correct (see previous comment for sample requested changes), processing the changed upload through REVU is the correct solution. Please retitle and redescribe this bug to point towards REVU, and upload a new revision of ubuntu-studio-screensaver including the requested changes. It may be useful to add a comment in REVU indicating this bug as a reference.
