Bug Description
electrum - Easy to use bitcoin client
Rationale: Bitcoin has gained significant adoption and would benefit from being supported as soon as possible by a stable, proven client such as Electrum, in addition to Bitcoin-QT. Electrum can be installed manually but making it part of the distribution beginning next cycle would make it easier to install, update and test, and would provide a choice for anyone wanting to use Bitcoin.
This package was accepted in Debian testing on Sept. 12.
Source package: electrum
Version to sync: 1.8-1
From: Debian testing (main)
